Many questions are answered in the user guide: finding places, layers, saving and sharing, your own sites, alerts, coverage and troubleshooting.

Help us answer quickly:

• Write from the email address on your account.
• For a data question, paste the page address and say what you expected to see.
• For a billing question, give the date and amount of the charge. Never send card numbers.
