Regional atlases of political office, legislative record and publicly reported security developments. 6 regions, built separately and kept separate — they do not share a schema, and nothing here merges a person or a document across them.

Read the absences. One dataset per fact. The verified package is authoritative for every field it holds; the atlas contributes only travel and geometry. The two were reconciled before either was used, and the reconciliation is published here. A missing record is a missing record, never a finding that nothing happened, and never a basis for inferring allegiance or intent. A meeting, a trip or a commercial relationship establishes none of allegiance, control or intent, and no figure here is a probability of conflict.

One dataset, and the check that made it one

Taiwan arrived twice — once in the regional atlas, once in the verified acquisition package. They were reconciled before either was used, and neither is kept as a second copy. 123 term-11 members in the atlas, 123 in the package, 123 matched exactly, none on either side alone, and 0 disagreements on party, seat or sitting status. All 130,806 term-11 ballots joined to the roster, none unmatched.

Spine: Cartevoir worldwide acquisition package, Taiwan component (certified against the live Legislative Yuan publisher 2026-09-07). Contributing: Regional atlas bundle: documented travel, county and district geometry codes. Counts are measured from the files, never estimated. The Horn appeared twice — in the earlier bundle and as its own application — and the bundle's copy was a 42-minute-staler export of the same database, so it was dropped rather than kept as a second version. The Baltic arrived the same way and the export was far thinner still — 2,525 individual vote records against the database's 1,222,442 — so it too is read from its own database. Every region now has a page.
